- The Fishing Project's main objective is to build, together with fisherwomen and fishermen from the community of Torres/RS and Passo de Torres/SC, strategies for marine conservation, socio-cultural enhancement and fisheries management.
- Research and conservation of the Piru-piru, one of the emblematic birds of the coastal zone of southern Brazil, highlighting the importance of preserving the dunes for the conservation of regional biodiversity.
- Monitoring of southern right whales on the north coast of Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina through drone-monitoring, fixed-point observations, photo-identification and on-board monitoring.
- Research project aimed at the development of sustainable tourism at the REVIS Conservation Unit of Ilha dos Lobos in front of Torres in Rio Grande do Sul.
- Long-term monitoring of river dolphins on the north coast of Rio Grande do Sul through photo-identification and on-board campaigns.
- Research and monitoring project for Toninhas, the most endangered dolphin in Brazil, on the coast of Ubatuba, with an emphasis on ecology, behavior and conservation.
- Project for research and monitoring of the effects of the Fundão disaster on marine megafauna along the coast of ES, with emphasis on the vicinity of the Rio Doce.
- Monitoring of cetaceans in the São Pedro and São Paulo Archipelago, with emphasis on the ecology and behavior of bottlenose dolphins.
- Multi-institutional long-term monitoring program for Porpoise off the coast of Brazil, assessing the distribution and abundance of its populations.
